2024 Coastal Ascent Training Plans 

Download your FREE  training programs for the 50km – 25km or 11km events.  Prepared by Trail Runner and RUNLAB Founder, Vlad Shatrov. Vlad has combined his experience of training clients through his on ground interval running groups (MYRUNGROUP/MYTRAILGROUP), and functional in gym strength classes (RUNSTRONG) alongside his intimate knowledge of the Coastal Ascent courses to create these programs. RUNLAB runs weekly training sessions in Newcastle and Manly. Specifically our Myrungroup sessions Tuesday (Merewether or Warners Bay) our Runstrong sessions Wednesday (Newcastle) and our Mytrailgroup sessions Monday (Manly) and Thursday (Newcastle) are sessions designed to prepare you for your upcoming trail running events.

2024 Coastal Ascent Training Sessions

Runlab are the official training partners of the Coastal Ascent. Runlab holds regular running sessions in multiple locations including Sydney, the Central Coast and the Hunter. We train runners of all ages with our industry leading Strength, Trail and Road running sessions Runstrong, Mytrailgroup and Myrungroup. Runlab offers a customised run program offering for those wanting a program specifically tailored for their ability, goals and lifestyle. Runlab will be holding training days in the lead-up to the 2024 Coastal Ascent.
