Secure Online Entry

You can enter online FROM JANUARY 16, 2024 using secure credit card payment (VISA and MasterCard) via the Register Now button below. Online entry is quick and easy and secures your place in the event.

Refunds & Withdrawals

• Entry fees are non-refundable after 11:59pm 5 May 2024 and prior to this date, event organisers will retain 25% of the entry fee to cover administration.
• All race changes are subject to a $15.00 admin fee. Participants must send a request via the online form by 11:59pm 31 May 2024.
• Any race downgrades submitted prior to the 11:59pm 31 May will receive a refund for the difference in fees minus the $15.00 admin fee. After this date, no refunds will be provided for downgrades.
• Any upgrades will be required to pay the difference in fee plus a $15.00 admin fee.
• Participants can transfer entries online to another participant if they are unable to attend. All race changes are subject to a $25.00 admin fee and can be  requested via the online form. You can process a name transfer online up until 11:59pm 31 May.

Race Day Entries

Race day entries will be available unless the event has sold out.

Closing Date

Online entries close at midnight, the day before race day (VISA and MasterCard only). Entries are also available in person at the event registration tent unless sold out, located within Dixon Park, Newcastle. Opening hours will be confirmed closer to the event.

Fees & Payments

Entry fees are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Your card statement will show your entry fee payment processed by “Coastal Ascent Trail R or Race Roster 8559695515.”.
